Objective/Meaning Under the background of the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of symbiosis theory, this paper aims to construct a “school-government-enterprise” collaborative symbiosis model dominated by vocational colleges to serve the rural revitalization, in order to provide the theoretical reference and practical path for optimizing the tripartite cooperation.
Methods/Procedures By taking the symbiosis theory as the analytical framework, the “school-government-enterprise” collaboration was regarded as a symbiotic system, and then from the dimensions of symbiotic unit, symbiotic mode, symbiotic environment and symbiotic interface, the practical difficulties faced by the coordination of “school-government-enterprise” in the service of vocational education for the rural revitalization were systematically analyzed. On this basis, the collaborative symbiosis model led by vocational colleges was constructed, and the corresponding safeguard measures were put forward.
Results/Conclusions The research believed that there were some problems in the current collaborative process, such as the imbalance of the main role, the loose cooperation, the lack of institutional incentives and the poor interface. Therefore, by redefining the roles of symbiotic units, optimizing the symbiotic patterns, enhancing the symbiotic environment, and strengthening the symbiotic interfaces, the “school-government-enterprise” collaboration could be transformed from a formal association to substantive integration. This transformation fostered a sustainable symbiotic development framework, thereby providing the stable talent support and endogenous momentum for the rural revitalization.
