Analysis on the Realistic Dilemma of Achieving Common Prosperity Through the Urban-rural Integration Development and the Path of Digital Intelligence Empowerment

  • Objective/Meaning  By comparing the realistic data on the the gap between urban and rural development and imbalances, it aimed to fully implement the “AI+” action and cultivate and develop the new kinetic energy of new productivity through the full combination of agriculture and industry, in order to put forward the practical paths and policy suggestions for realizing the comprehensive integration of urban and rural areas and common prosperity.
    Methods/Procedures  Based on the China Statistical Yearbook, the comparative analysis was conducted on the data of urban and rural population, employment, medical care, income, per capita books and agricultural output value in the past 5 to 10 years, and the practical difficulties and rural demands of urban and rural development were systematically sorted out. Then, the empirical research was also carried out.
    Results/Conclusions The results showed that: the continuous use of the innovative integration between digital intelligent formats and agricultural production factors could effectively enable the comprehensive and deep integration of urban and rural areas, realize the three-dimensional “AI” of intelligent network connection, and build the urban and rural areas into prosperous and beautiful homes characterized by intelligent production mode, livable living space, beautiful ecological environment, balanced medical educational services, and an “AI” integrated and interconnected supply and demand network for the production and marketing.
