Countermeasures on Improving the Work Effectiveness of Fujian Sci-tech Commissioners from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

Objective/Meaning 
Full and in-depth implementing the system of the Sci-tech commissioner is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization in Fujian Province, further improving the work efficiency of the Sci-tech commissioners has an irreplaceable role and significance in accelerating the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in Fujian Province.

Methods/Procedures 
Through communicating and discussing with various Sci-tech commissioners, combined with the management of Sci-tech commissioners for many years, this paper analyzed the status of the Sci-tech commissioners' work in Fujian Province and the main problems affecting the improvement of the work efficiency, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of Sci-tech commissioners in Fujian Province.

Results/Conclusions 
The results showed that the main problems affecting the improvement of Sci-tech commissioners' work efficiency in Fujian were multi-declaration, difficult to clarify the work and scientific research projects of Sci-tech commissioners, difficult to quantify the cards and indicators, and difficult to implement the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in single-point operations. Accordingly, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the work efficiency of the Sci-tech commissioners from three dimensions which were strengthening the role orientation, perfecting the extention system and standardizing project management.
