Objective/Meaning 
With the continuous development of urban and rural planning informatization, planning management more and more relies on information system.

Methods/Procedures 
With the innovation of management mode and the construction of business application as the starting point, the study adopts the new business approval management mode with the characteristics of project management and the integrated idea of data update and maintenance combined with business management to build the Planning Integrated Platform System of Meizhou, and applies it to the urban planning and construction of Meizhou city, and puts forward its main highlights.

Results/Conclusions 
The system can efficiently manage urban spatial geographic information data of different categories, different sources and different formats, and provide real-time and accurate information resources for planning and management departments. However, to play a greater role, it needs to be further improved and developed.
