Abstract: The concept of sustainable development of tourism resources emphasizes that it is supposed to stick to the principles of protective development and sustainable development, and pay attention to the unification of ecological, economic and social benefits. Based on the concept of sustainable development of tourism resources, the problems existed in the development process of tourism resources in Fuan’s Baiyun Mountain Scenic Spot were pointed out, such as insufficient protection on tourism resources, low development level of tourism resources, etc. Then, the countermeasures were put forward, including emphasizing on the tourism resources protection, optimizing the development of tourism resources and so on.
