Abstract:
Objective/Meaning Agricultural scientific and technological innovation was an important driving force to promote the agricultural modernization. Through evaluating the agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability in Sichuan Province, the influencing factors of agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability were further studied to provide reference for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
Methods/Procedures Starting from the four dimensions of the input capacity, output capacity, supporting capacity and sustainable development capacity of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, 22 indexes were selected to construct the evaluation index system of agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability, and the entropy weight TOPSIS method and grey correlation analysis method were used for the empirical analysis.
Results/Conclusions The results showed that: (1) From 2007 to 2020, the agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability of Sichuan Province showed an upward trend, and had roughly experienced three stages of evolution: low-level, medium-level and high-quality; (2) Fund input, human input and the output of scientific and technological achievements had a relatively significant impact on the agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability. On the basis of this, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the investment of agricultural science and technology funds, strengthening the investment of agricultural science and technology talents, and improving the output effect of agricultural science and technology.
