Objective/Meaning  The realization path of food security empowered by agricultural new quality productivity with “three-chain isomorphism” as the transmission was explored, in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the realization path of ensuring the safety of the whole grain industry chain empowered by agricultural new quality productivity with “three-chain isomorphism” as the transmission and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.

Methods/Procedures  Based on the “three elements” of agricultural new quality productivity, the structural mechanism analysis method was used to construct the logical path of food security through the “three-chain isomorphism” transmission mechanism, and the system induction and mechanism disassembly were carried out in combination with the bottleneck of realistic development, trying to reveal the internal linkage between the new quality productivity system and the modernization of grain industry chain.

Results/Conclusions The results showed that by strengthening the support of scientific and technological innovation and deepening the reform of scientific and technological system, the agricultural new quality productivity empowerment mechanism could be effectively guaranteed. By optimizing the industrial structure and resource allocation, the three elements of agricultural new quality productivity could be promoted to synergistically empower the whole industrial chain. By deploying the innovation chain around the whole grain industry chain, the digital upgrading of the whole grain process could be promoted. At the same time, by optimizing the supply chain and upgrading the value chain around the whole grain industry chain, the cooperative efficiency of the whole grain industry chain could be further strengthened. These measures have jointly constructed the realization path of food security empowered by agricultural new quality productivity with “three-chain isomorphism” as the transmission.
