Objective/Meaning New quality productive forces are the new state and new quality state of productive forces in the process of human social reform and development, which form the new agricultural productive forces in the agricultural field, and become the power source and internal requirements for promoting the high-quality development of agriculture. To explore the realization path of new agricultural productivity enabling food security conducted by “three-chain isomorphism”, in order to provide theoretical reference for the realization path of new agricultural productivity enabling “three-chain isomorphism” to guarantee the security of the whole food industry chain and promote the high-quality agricultural development.

Methods/Procedures This paper mainly adopts the structural mechanism analysis method, based on the agricultural new quality productivity “three elements”, build its through “three chain isomorphism” conduction mechanism can assign the logic path of food security, and combined with the realistic development bottleneck system induction and mechanism, trying to reveal the new quality productivity system and the internal linkage between the food industry chain modernization.

Results/Conclusions The results show that to strengthen scientific and technological innovation support and science and technology to promote innovation reform guarantee agricultural new quality productivity can assign mechanism, optimize the industrial structure and the allocation of resources guarantee agricultural new quality productivity three elements synergy can assign to the whole industry chain, around the whole industry chain deployment innovation chain, promote the whole process of digital upgrade, around the whole industry chain to optimize the supply chain and promote value chain can effectively build "three chain isomorphism" for the conduction of agricultural new quality productivity can assign the realization of food security path.
