Abstract:
Promoting the high-quality integrated development of the three industries is a crucial measure for implementing the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy and an effective initiative in line with the “holistic agricultural development perspective.” In terms of its core essence, advancing the integration of the three industries serves not only as a key driver for the transformation and upgrading of the rural economy but also as a vital link in fostering coordinated urban-rural development. The fundamental principles of integrated three-industry development are reflected in two dimensions: enhancing both development quality and efficiency to achieve shared benefits, while fully leveraging the multi-dimensional value of resources to harness the collective advantages of urban-rural synergy. From the perspective of high-quality development of agriculture, this paper elaborates on strategies to enhance rural industrial efficiency, accelerate the organic integration of agriculture, industry, and services, optimize agricultural product processing supply chains, improve rural distribution systems, and effectively increase farmers' income. Furthermore, it explores the realization path and proposes countermeasures for development.
