纤维素酶分子改造技术研究进展

Research Progress in Molecular Modification of Cellulase

  • 摘要: 纤维素酶是一组可将木质纤维素降解为葡萄糖的复合酶,已广泛应用于生物转化、食品、纺织、造纸、饲料和洗涤剂等多个行业中。纤维素酶分子改造的研究对于解决当前全球的多种重大问题如能源危机、环境污染、饲料资源紧张、粮食短缺等具有重要的现实意义。该文综述了纤维素酶分子改造的多种技术,如定点突变技术、易错PCR、DNA改组等。

     

    Abstract: Cellulase is a compound enzyme that can hydrolyze the cellulose into glucose. It has been widely used in many fields, including biological transformation, food and textile industries and other fields. It is extremely of important significance to study on cellulase molecular modification, which can solve the big global issues (such as energy crisis, environmental pollution, food shortage et al). This paper describes some molecular modification technologies of celluase, such as site-directed mutagenesis, error-prone PCR, DNA shuffling et al. The research has great significance for cellulase production and further research.
