Abstract: Trichoderma is widely distributed in the plant rhizosphere, and is a valuable plant biocontrol bacterium. Glucanase is one of the main mechanisms of prevention and treatment of fungal diseases with trichoderma. This paper focused on introducing the research development of trichoderma glucanase and its coding gene, and discussed the application of glucanase.
