Abstract:  In the new historical period, how to further strengthen the implementation poverty alleviation and develop characteristics modern agriculture with science and technology is the important content and the key link of agricultural transformation and upgrading. The countermeasures and suggestions about poverty alleviation strategies with science and technology and effectively by promoting modern characteristic agriculture development at Zhenghe county are proposed in this paper. Bearing the goal of high efficient development of ecological agriculture in mountainous areas in mind, we should take the advantages of good ecology to improve the level of industry in accordance with agricultural reality at Zhenghe county. Only in this way will a leading industry cluster be formed and the pattern of development driven by innovation be constructed.
