Abstract: Developing and cultivating the circular economy is a complex project integrated the development of economy, society, sci-technology and ecology into a system. The construction of Taizhou Bay marine circular economy industry cluster areas is the useful exploring and lively practice in this respect in marine economy times. Based on a brief analysis and summarizing the construction situation and the existing problems of Taizhou Bay marine circular economy industry cluster areas, this paper put forward the strategies and the matching measures to strengthen and improve the construction of the industry cluster areas, and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the marine economy.
