Abstract: Taomi Community in Taiwan regenerated from traditional industry and earthquake, and has now become a community with ecological protection and sightseeing, and achieved great economy and ecological benefit. The progress is attributed to the drive of NGO (NPO), the support of government, the participation of dwellers and the rich ecological and human resources.
