Abstract: Developing protein resources which can replace fish meal has been a hot research. Soybean peptide made by soybean meal has received widespread attention for its important biological functions and nutritional value. This paper mainly introduces the physical and chemical properties and physiological activity of soybean peptide, sums up the problems in aquaculture production and application.
