摘要:  With the development of the society, female social status has greatly improved, and women’s participation in politics is also very common. But due to the shackles of deeprooted traditional gender notion, grassroots female entering politics is still difficult, the growth of grassroots female leadership is restricted by many factors. This paper investigated and analyzed the development status of grassroots female leadership. The results showed that traditional concept, family factors, personal factors and organizational system were the obstacle factors influencing the growth of grassroots female leadership. Based on the analysis, this paper put forward the countermeasures.
