Abstract: This paper described the connotation and features of characteristic modern agriculture. Relating to the actual research work, this paper analyzed the advantages and the actual demand on the development of modern circular agriculture, and summarized the productivity effects and internal mechanism of modern circular agriculture as a typical case. Meanwhile, combining the resource characteristics and production actually in Fujian, this paper put forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions to develop modern agriculture with Fujian characteristics by depend on scitech innovation and benefit driven, which included strengthening the research and development of the missing technological links in the key areas and industrial chain, expanding the new method on agricultural technical R&D and the popularization and application of the achievements, etc.
