摘要: 文库建设是农业科研过程管理的重要手段之一。该文以福建省农业科学院为例，阐述了农业特色复合型文库建设的意义，总结了福建省农科院在农业特色复合型文库构建中的实践经验，分析其存在不足，并针对性地提出对策建议。

Abstract: The construction of library is one of the important means in the process management of agricultural research. Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this article explains the significances of the construction of agricultural characteristic multitype libraries, and summarizes the practical experiences from the construction of agricultural characteristic multitype libraries in Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the problems of the library construction, and put forward the countermeasures pointedly.
