现代农业科研院所人才与团队管理机制创新研究——以福建省农业科学院为例

Research on Mechanism Innovation of Personnel and Team Management in Modern Agricultural Research Institutes——Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

  • 摘要: 人才与团队管理机制创新是现代农业科研院所科技管理体制创新的重要组成部分。该文以福建省农业科学院为例,分析了其人才资源与团队管理建设情况与存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了创新现代农业科研院所人才资源与团队建设机制的几点建议。

     

    Abstract:  Mechanism innovation of personnel and team management is the important part of modern agricultural research institutes scitechnology innovation mechanism. This paper takes Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to analyze its problem on personnel resource and team construction, and puts forward the countermeasures of mechanism innovation of personnel management and team management.
