Abstract: The circulation of goods in market is based on the value, but is realized by price. A complete rural land circulation market requires a complete set of price system. Based on the angle of supplydemand Relationship, this paper analyzed the realization mechanism of rural land circulation price, then put forward the relevant suggestions.
