经济发达区耕地非粮化时空分异及影响因素分析以浙江省杭州市为例

    目的/意义 探究经济发达区地块尺度上耕地非粮化时空演变规律及其影响因素,以期为耕地保护的政策制定提供参考。
    方法/过程 首先基于遥感影像解译,于地块尺度上识别2010、2015、2020年杭州市耕地非粮化类型及程度,进而借助时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR),探究耕地非粮化的影响机理。
    结果/结论 研究发现:(1)2010—2015年杭州市耕地非粮化率从26.05%上升至31.42%,2015—2020年降至15.83%,空间分布不均衡性加剧;(2)研究期内,坑塘养殖面积显著缩减,蔬菜生产面积持续增加;(3)耕地本底质量加剧耕地非粮化扩张;而区位条件则是抑制这一趋势蔓延的关键因素;农业景观可达性对耕地非粮化的影响由负转正;(4)耕地非粮化影响因素主要在城市边缘地带起作用,空间异质性高。基于以上结论,应重视耕地非粮化时空演变、类型走向,考量本底、地理因素等差异,强化城市边缘区管控,以此平衡城市发展与粮食安全。

     

    Abstract:
    Objection/Meaning To explore the temporal and spatial evolution laws of non-grain conversion of farmland at the plot scale in economically developed areas and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the formulation of farmland protection policies.
    Methods/Procedures Firstly, based on the interpretation of remote sensing images, the types and degrees of non-grain conversion of farmland in Hangzhou City in 2010, 2015 and 2020 were identified at the plot scale. Furthermore, with the help of the Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression model (GTWR), the influencing mechanism of non-grain conversion of farmland was explored.
    Results/Conclusions The study found that: (1) From 2010 to 2015, the non-grain conversion rate of farmland in Hangzhou City increased from 26.05% to 31.42%, and then decreased to 15.83% from 2015 to 2020. The spatial distribution imbalance intensified. (2) During the research period, the area of pond aquaculture decreased significantly, while the area of vegetable production continued to increase. (3) The original quality of farmland significantly aggravated the expansion of non-grain conversion of farmland. On the contrary, geographical conditions were the key factors to inhibit its spread. The impact of the accessibility of agricultural landscapes on the non-grain conversion of farmland changed from negative to positive. (4) The influencing factors of non-grain conversion of farmland mainly played a role in the urban fringe areas, and the spatial heterogeneity was high. Based on the above conclusions, attention should be paid to the temporal and spatial evolution and type trends of non-grain conversion of farmland, differences in factors such as the original quality and geographical conditions should be considered, and the management and control of urban fringe areas should be strengthened, so as to balance urban development and food security.
