    目的/意义 探究数字素养对农村居民家庭消费升级的影响机制,为乡村振兴战略下释放农村消费潜力提供参考。
    方法/过程 基于赋能理论构建数字素养指标体系,运用2019年中国家庭金融调查数据,采用实证分析方法验证数字素养对农村居民家庭消费升级的作用路径。
    结果/结论 研究发现,数字素养对推动农村居民家庭消费升级具有显著的促进作用,主要通过提升互联网使用效率和促进社会资本积累的路径实现。此外,数字素养的促进效应表现出年龄、区域和文化水平维度的差异。在数字素养的各个维度中,数字金融使用对农村居民家庭消费升级的影响最为显著。基于此,建议聚焦数字赋能,通过加强数字基础设施建设、完善社会服务体系,提升农村居民数字素养,以促进农村居民家庭消费升级。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective/Meaning  The purpose of this paper was to explore the influence mechanism of digital literacy on the consumption upgrading of rural households, and to provide reference for the release of rural consumption potential under the rural revitalization strategy.
    Methods/Procedures  Based on the theory of empowerment, the index system of digital literacy was constructed in this paper. Then, based on the data of China Household Finance Survey in 2019, the empirical analysis method was used to verify the path of digital literacy on the consumption upgrading of rural households.
    Results/Conclusions  The study found that digital literacy had significant positive impact on promoting the consumption upgrading of rural households, mainly through the two paths: improving the efficiency of Internet use and promoting the accumulation of social capital. In addition, the promotion effect of digital literacy showed differences in the three dimensions: age, region and cultural level. Among the various dimensions of digital literacy, the use of digital finance had the most significant impact on the consumption upgrading of rural households. Based on these findings, it was recommended to focus on the digital empowerment by strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure, perfecting the social service system, and improving the digital literacy of rural residents, so as to promote the consumption upgrading of rural households.
