Abstract: In recent years, Fujian province has accelerated the pace of scientific and technical innovation and made some achievements. But compared with the 9 provinces in inland Pan Pearl River District, Fujian province still has a certain gap in technology research and development funding, hightech innovation output, Science and technology innovation achievements conversion rate. The development strategies to improve the scientific and technological innovation capacity in Fujian were put forward.
