Abstract: Taking Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, using the methods of questionnaire survey and literature search, the situations of landlost farmers in this zone were surveyed. The survey data was analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the degree of education, special skill of the landlost farmers were low in this zone. Additionally, the factors such as narrow channel of employment, poorly policies support made difficult for the landlost farmers’ reemployment. And the result showed that paying attention to human capital accumulation and broaden employment channels could ease the problems of reemployment.
