Abstract: The questions about rural, agriculture and peasants have the universality.This paper summarized the major performance on solving “San Nong” question in Jinjiang in new period, and analyzed the reasons.Meanwhile, the practices and experiences on solving “San Nong” question in Jinjiang were reviewed, and the thinking to solve “San Nong” question by developing leisure agriculture were put forward.
