Changes of TimberTrade Environment between China and Africa and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 从中非木材贸易的产品结构特征与地域分布特征分析中非木材贸易现状；再分析了中非木材贸易环境的变化：非洲进口的原木量逐年上升、锯材贸易从单向进口逐渐发展为双向贸易。然后揭示了中非木材贸易环境变化的新特征。最后，提出应高度重视非洲森林资源潜力、鼓励国内有条件的企业加深对非洲的投资与合作，国家在政策与资金上予以必要扶持的政策建议。

Abstract: The situation of timbertrade between China and Africa were analyzed from the product structure characteristics and the regional distribution characteristics of timbertrade between China and Africa.Then this paper analyzed the changes of timbertrade environment between China and Africa which included the quantities of the log imported from Africa raised year by year, the development of converted timber trade from oneway import to twoway trade.And the new characteristics of the changes of timbertrade between China and Africa were revealed.Last, this paper put forward the policy suggestions to reply these changes.
