Abstract: Fujian is a coastal province, it has a solid foundation endowed by nature for the development of marine economy, and the development of marine economy will become an important direction to achieve the leap forward development of Fujian Province. The development of the marine economy of Fujian province has laid a good foundation for the development of marine culture industry. The marine cultural resource of Fujian province is rich and profound, the future of marine culture industry will occupy an important position, and play an important role in the development of economy. This paper analyses the factors that restrict the development of marine culture industry in Fujian province from the interaction mechanism of economic transformation and upgrading and the development of marine culture industry, puts forward mode and strategic measures for the development of the marine culture industry of Fujian province.
