Abstract: Based on the connotation of technology absorption capacity of farmers’ cooperatives, taking 40 model cooperatives in Fujian as the research object, this paper analyzed the structure of technology absorption capacity including technology acquisition capacity, technology assimilation capacity, technology application capacity in the model cooperatives, and analyzed the influential factors of absorption capacity of the five aspects such as personnel, material, organization, association, brand, relevance.Meanwhile, this paper summarized the significance and effect of the structure and influence factors of technology absorption capacity of farmer’s cooperatives.
