成立闽台远洋渔业协会的思考与构想

Thinking and Ideas on the Establishment of FujianTaiwan Pelagic Fishery Association

摘要: 闽台两岸远洋渔业在政治、经济、社会文化上都具备成立闽台远洋渔业协会的可能性，加之目前闽台两地在远洋渔业捕捞的国际环境进一步恶化及闽台两岸远洋渔业经济发展都共同面临着多项挑战，这些因素使得成立闽台远洋渔业协会势在必行，该文拟对成立闽台远洋渔业协会机构设置进行初步构思，对闽台远洋渔业协会成立的意义进行思考，旨在促进两岸对远洋渔业的合作，为维护“祖产”而共同努力。

Abstract: Fujian and Taiwan have possibilities for the establishment of FujianTaiwan Pelagic Fishery Association in the politics, economics, socioculture.Now, the international environment of pelagic fishery in Fujian and Taiwan is deteriorating further, and the economic development of pelagic fishery in Fujian and Taiwan are faces with many challenges, so the establishment of FujianTaiwan Pelagic Fishery Association is imperative.The organization structuring of FujianTaiwan Pelagic Fishery Association is thinking in this paper, and its founding significances are discussed.
