Abstract: The agricultural byproduct base of people’s armed police unit 8710 located in YuXi town of FuQing city. The town is flat with a favorable geographical position. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the base, developing modern circulation agriculture would be an important way for the base to develop scientifically, leading to a small fight, high quality’ development mode.
