福建省新兴低碳产业发展的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on Developing the New Low-carbon Industry in Fujian

摘要: 对福建省新兴低碳产业发展进行SWOT分析，认为福建省新兴低碳产业虽然具有碳汇能力强、政策扶持等优势，但也面临能源转换效率低、低碳技术研发较难等问题，对此提出了发展福建新兴低碳产业的对策：建设低碳产业集群、加快产业结构调整、加大低碳科研的投入力度、改善激励和约束机制等。

Abstract: By using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper explores the development of the emerging lowcarbon industry in Fujian. Although the emerging lowcarbon industry in Fujian has the advantages such as the strong carbon sequestration capacity, policies support, but it still faces the difficulties such as lowefficiency energy conversion, difficult research and development of lowcarbon technology and so on. Base on the analysis, this paper put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the emerging low-carbon industry in Fujian.
