Abstract:
Salmonella is the most common pathogenic bacteria in food, which can cause bromatoxism and bring about hazard on human. There is a problem of timeconsuming on the conventional detection approach, resulting from the various serotypes in salmonella. In recent years, a growing of new detection methods emerge in endlessly, particularly those on the molecular biology and immunology with the development of biological technology. This article provides the development and application on the rapid detection of salmonella in food.
