Abstract:  The implementation of land circulation and the development of scale operation were the main measures to discontinue farming and let go out of cultivation, stabilize the agricultural production, improve agricultural management efficiency, were also the only way for developing modern agriculture in the new phase. This paper analyzed the situations, problems and basic experiences of rural land circulation in Wuping county by field visit, and put forward the countermeasures to improve rural land circulation based on the case introduction.
