福建省农科院“双百”下乡的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on the “Double Hundred” to the Countryside of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences

摘要: 概述了2009年福建省农科院开始实施的“百名科技人员联系百家农业企业”、“百名科技人员下乡服务‘三农’”（即“双百”下乡）的主要内容和所取得的成效，运用SWOT分析法对“双百”下乡运作过程的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析，并据此探讨了构建福建省农科院“双百”下乡长效机制的策略选择。

Abstract: This paper summarized the main contents and the achieved effects of the “Double hundred” to the countryside which implemented by Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences(FAAS) in 2009, and analyzed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of operating process of “Double hundred” to the countryside. Based this analysis, the strategy selections of longterm mechanism of “Double hundred” to the countryside were discussed.
