中国农产品标准国际化对农业企业出口市场多元化的影响分析

Analysis on the Impact of the Internationalization of China’s Agricultural Product Standards on the Diversification of Agricultural Enterprises’ Export Markets

    目的/意义 通过探究农产品标准国际化对农业企业出口市场多元化的影响,从标准层面构建我国参与国际竞争的新优势,倒逼国内标准体系改革。
    方法/过程 选取2002—2014年中国农产品国家标准数据,并与中国工业企业数据库、中国海关数据库匹配,实证分析农产品标准国际化对企业出口市场多元化的影响。
    结果/结论 结果表明,中国农产品标准国际化显著促进企业出口市场多元化水平,并通过降低企业的合规成本、提高产品专业化和促进市场一体化产生间接影响;相比于中型规模企业,中国标准国际化对小型和大型企业出口市场选择具有更加稳定的促进效应。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective/Meaning By exploring the impact of the internationalization of agricultural product standards on the diversification of agricultural enterprises’ export markets, the new advantages of China’s participation in the international competition were constructed from the standard level, and the reform of the domestic standard system was forced.
    Methods/Procedures The data of China’s national standards for agricultural products from 2002 to 2014 were selected and then matched with the Chinese Industrial Enterprises Database and China Customs Trade Database, thus to empirically analyze the impact of the internationalization of agricultural product standards on the diversification of enterprises’ export markets.
    Results/Conclusions The results indicated that the internationalization of China’s agricultural product standards has significantly promoted the diversification level of export market for enterprises, and had indirect impact by reducing the compliance cost of enterprises, improving the product specialization and promoting the market integration. Compared with the enterprises with medium scale, the internationalization of Chinese standards had a more stable promotion effect on the selection of export markets for the small-scale and large-scale enterprises.
