Abstract: This paper summarized the environmental costs compositions which include environmental prevention cost, environmentalgovernance cost, environmentaldamage cost. And the existing problems in environmentalcosts management of aquaculture were analyzed. Then the goal of environmentalcosts management of aquaculture and the countermeasures for enhancing the environmentalcosts management of aquaculture were put forward.
