Discussion on Scale Development of Lowcarbon Businesses in Fujian

摘要: 分析福建省低碳企业规模化发展的现状与存在的问题，提出福建省要促进低碳企业的规模化，必须发展壮大低碳企业，加强本土低碳品牌的构建，完善低碳产业链，健全企业低碳发展的法律监督和激励机制，低碳企业要走各具特色的发展之路。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the current situations and the existing issues of the scale development of lowcarbon businesses in Fujian, and puts forward the countermeasures which include developing and growing lowcarbon businesses, enhancing the lowcarbon brand establishment of local businesses, perfecting the lowcarbon industrial chain, constructing legal supervision and incentive mechanism, and taking different approachfor different lowcarbon businesses.
