福建沙县夏茂镇农村劳动力转移现状调查

Status Survey on Transfer of Rural Labor in Xiamao Town

  • 摘要: 福建省沙县夏茂镇是“沙县小吃”的发源地，70%的农户都外出从事小吃行业，农村劳动力转移现象显著。该文采取抽样调查的方式，通过对135户农民进行家庭问卷调查，分析了沙县夏茂镇的农村劳动力转移现状和存在问题，并就此提出建议与改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Xiamao Town in Sha County in Fujian is the birthplace of “Shaxian Snacks”. 70% of the households are working on the snack business. The phenomenon of transfer of rural labor are clear. By using sampling survey method, this paper analyzed the situation and existing problems of rural labor transfer in Xiamao Town in Sha County, and put forward the suggestions and improvement measures.
