Abstract:
The situation on water pollutant in Jianhe River valley was researched by using the methods which includes field investigation, site monitoring, analysis in the laboratory, etc. The results showed that chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen loads in Jianhe River valley respectively were 1114.84, 219.43, 21.84, 145.33 t/a, chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen respectively were 876.1, 140.98, 9.51, 27.72 t/a in point source and 238.74, 78.45, 12.33, 44.63 t/a in nonpoint source. The actual quantity of chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen that inflow into Jianhe River were 439.5, 123.76, 13.91, 76.38 t/a respectively. The highest contribution to pollution load in chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen was wastewater and garbage from urban residents and the highest contribution for total phosphorus load was livestock and poultry breeding.
