经济危机下中小企业的融资方式和风险管理

Financing Way and Risk Management of SMEs in the Economic Crisis——Take the SMEs in Wenzhou as the Example

摘要: “温州模式”以其强劲的生命力在经济的发展中创造了无数的奇迹，但近年来在多重因素特别是融资问题的制约下，2011年温州中小企业老板出现了“跑路潮”现象。该文从中小企业的融资方式和风险管理的角度，分析妨碍温州中小企业发展的内外因及民间融资风险因素，探索造成温州中小企业危机的原因，并给出针对性的解决方案。

Abstract: “Wenzhou model” has created numerous miracles in the economic development in recent years. But under the restriction of multiple factors such as the financing problem, the “Go tide” phenomenon happened for the bosses of the SMEs in Wenzhou in 2011. This paper analyzed the internal and external reasons which hindered the development of the SMEs in Wenzhou and the risk factors of non-governmental financing, and explored the reasons that caused the crisis for the SMEs in Wenzhou. Then, the solutions were provided in this paper.
