Development Path on the Green Development of “Blue Economy” in Xiamen

摘要: 厦门海洋优势突出，发展蓝色经济有着良好的条件和扎实的基础。大力发展海洋高新产业，代表了未来厦门海洋经济的发展方向，并作为重点发展的战略性新兴产业，写入了厦门海洋经济“十二五”发展规划。另外，在产业转型升级的背景下，优化海洋产业资源配置，促进产业结构升级，走出一条蓝色经济绿色发展之路是厦门市加快建设海峡蓝色经济试验区的必然选择。

Abstract: There are good conditions and strong foundations for the development of “blue economy” in Xiamen. In Xiamen, the marine hightech industry is the main way of development of the marine economy in the future, and the development of strategic emerging industries has be written into the “Twelve fivedevelopment plan of marine economy”. In addition, in the context of industrial restructuring and upgrading, optimizing the resources allocation of the marine industry, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, setting out on a path of green development of blue economy is the choice of Xiamen Blue Strait Economic Experimental Zone.
