Abstract: The modern agricultural supply chain has made much progress, but the construction of the agricultural supply chain is still in its infancy, and the cooperations between the nodes of the supply chain are still mixed with traditional factors. In this paper, the current situation and the existing problems of agricultural supply chain were analyzed, and constructions of the informational coordination mechanism and organizational coordination mechanism were put forward, which will supply the reference for the sound development of modern agricultural supply chain in China.
