Abstract: Comparative analyses on the development course, current status, industry structure, marketing strategies, industrial policies and the safety supervision of food processing industry in Fujian and Taiwan were conducted in this study. With the reference to Taiwan’s experience, several countermeasures were proposed for the development of food processing industry in Fujian.
