Abstract: In order to give full play to the role of sci-tech support, and according the demands from the rural areas and enterprises, the activities that the sci-tech special commissioners’ services in rural areas and enterprises were carried out in Putian. This paper summarized the measures of sci-tech special commissioner work carried out in Putian.
