Abstract: With the rise of the worldwide agricultural science and technology revolution, agricultural sci-technical innovation and extension system in China faced a big challenge. This paper analyzed the existing problems and the causes in the progress of the development of agricultural sci-technical innovation and extension system, and put forward the countermeasures by taking the technological innovation and extension of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as example.
