Countermeasure on Deepening the Connection of Industry between Fujian and Taiwan
after CEFA Era

摘要: 分析了当前闽台产业对接存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出对策建议，认为要把握台资向福建转移的新趋势、新特点，尤其是现代服务业转移和ECFA实施之后对福建带来的机遇，转变传统以制造业为主的招商观念，更加着眼于引进现代物流、金融、贸易、旅游、房地产等产业，利用好ECFA的优惠政策，率先在闽台两地实行关税减免或零关税。

Abstract: The existing problems on the connection of industry between Fujian and Taiwan were analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasures to solve these problems were put forward accordingly. It is important to grasp the opportunity to expand further our links and economic co-operation with the Taiwan.The concepts should be changed which we should not focus on traditional manufacturing, but focus on introducing modern service industry, such as logistics, financial, trading, tourism, estate, and so on. Meanwhile, we ought to effectively utilize preferential policies of ECFA, take the lead to implementing tariff reductions or zero tariffs between Fujian and Taiwan.
