Abstract: Taiwan farmers’ entrepreneurial park, an updated communicating and cooperating model between Taiwan and Chinese mainland, has recently gotten huge concentration and plays an important part in the relationship between both sides involved. The concept of Taiwan farmers’ entrepreneurial park was clearly defined and the guiding ideology, principles, target and method for park planning were introduced in this article. With case analysis, the workflow, implementing scheme and planning items for planning compilation were described and the main problems were analyzed. Moreover, the supplementary strategies for the planning of Taiwan farmers’ entrepreneurial park was put forward from cooperation mechanism, synchronization between land-use planning and land acquisition, ecological assessment and planning feasibility.
