Abstract:
The residual quantity of methomyl, diflubenzuron and cartap in tea was determined by HPLCMS/MS. The results showed that good linearities were obtained for three pesticides at the concentration of 0.1-10 μg/mL with correlation coefficients more than 0.999. The recovery ratios were 82%-105%, the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.8%-5.3% and the detection limits were 0.002-0.016 mg/kg. The method was quick, simple, sensitive and accurate, and it could satisfy the request of the determination of organophosphorus pesticides residue in tea.
