Effects and Suggestions on SciTech Commissioner’s Entrepreneurial Activities in Rural Areas in Putian

摘要: 结合莆田市实际情况，莆田市认真组织开展科技特派员服务农村、企业的活动，积极动员和组织科技特派员服务农村、企业，引导科技特派员参与企业科技创新。该文阐述了莆田市科技特派员农村科技创业行动的做法、成效、存在问题，并对此提出对策建议。Abstract: On the basis of the actual condition of Putian city，we have organized the scitech commissioners to help people in rural areas and enterprises start technological innovation and to participate in the entrepreneurial activities.This paper summarized effects and problems of Putian scitech commissioner’s entrepreneurial service and put forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
