Effects and Suggestions on SciTech Commissioner’s Entrepreneurial Activities in Rural Areas in Putian

摘要: 结合莆田市实际情况，莆田市认真组织开展科技特派员服务农村、企业的活动，积极动员和组织科技特派员服务农村、企业，引导科技特派员参与企业科技创新。该文阐述了莆田市科技特派员农村科技创业行动的做法、成效、存在问题，并对此提出对策建议。

Abstract: On the basis of the actual condition of Putian city，we have organized the scitech commissioners to help people in rural areas and enterprises start technological innovation and to participate in the entrepreneurial activities.This paper summarized effects and problems of Putian scitech commissioner’s entrepreneurial service and put forward some suggestions for solving the problems.
