Countermeasures and Existing Problems on Village Renovation in New Village Construction

摘要: 村庄整治是新农村建设的一项基础性工作，是统筹城乡发展的客观要求。当前村庄整治的实践还存在规划缺失、资金落实不到位或融资困难、部分村民积极性不高、整治成果缺乏后续保障等问题。该文总结分析了存在上述问题的原因，并对此提出促进村庄整治工作的相关对策措施。

Abstract: Village renovation is an important basic work and the objective requirement of balance urban and rural development. But there are some problems in the practices in the village renovation, such as lack of planning, financing difficulties, low enthusiasm of some villagers, the lack of guarantee on the renovation achievement, etc. This paper summarized the reasons of these existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures for promoting the work on village renovation.
